The hotel was very nice and the lady that checked me in was very helpful. We were only staying for one night and it looks like an excellent spot to jump on the public transportation. The only downside, which I knew going in, was that the rooms do not have air conditioning.

Staff was incredibly rude. Even at the restaurant. Only staff that was amazing were the doormen/bell staff. Such a shame, because it’s a very charming property and in a good location.

"It’s not Scandic hotels fault, but there are 2 huge buildings across the street that are abandon and are a little creepy. This is a good hotel though and worth the price. Staff is great also. Everyone I talked to was great."

"The property is 8mins walk from Ostbahnhof train station. 30mins walk to the city along the Main river trail. Place is fully equipped with meeting rooms, gym, sauna. Room was decent size. I was assigned a room at the 2nd floor near the gym. Perfect for me. Not sure if my room was previously used ..."
