Clean room and very spacious , the staff was helpful and fast at check in and out.

A little disappointing overall. Check-in was great: quick, efficient, friendly, and guests were given two bottles of water and a delicious cookie. May be small details but where do you ever get free bottled water these days? They’re usually charged at $3 (or more) each in your room, right? Guest rooms were large with sliding doors leading to a pleasant and quite private patio; plenty of nice toiletries such as lotion, shampoo, etc. Refrigerator, coffee maker. All in all a surprisingly nice value for the going rate but what was really disappointing and annoying was that the morning of my checkout I NEEDED ice to pack my lunch and snacks for the day since I was going to be working all day … one ice machine was simply not there where it was indicated on the map. Another was not producing any ice. I asked another guest in a different area where there might be a working ice machine, and was informed that the one near him wasn’t working either. I don’t know, it just chapped me that in a nice resort-style hotel there wasn’t ONE working ice machine anywhere that I could find.
