"There was somebody stomping above us at 2am. Very noisy hotel u can hear through the walls. I payed for two queen beds and those were not queens. Very dirty place and weird smells throughout the building"

"Everything and everyone was great but no fricken hot water. Left run for 4 minutes and still was cold. I would look for other places next time im in town. I need my morning shower. "

"I feel like the staff did everything they could for me, but the hotel itself is in very bad shape. From the pot smoke, stale and fresh cigarette smoke, musty rooms and people screaming in the halls and fist fighting outside, there was no way I could keep my 13 year old daughter there. Then there was confusion about leaving and getting a refund. The staff said i have to contact hotels.com to ensure a refund, but hotels.com is saying it's out of their control. As of now, i have two debits from my account for the hotel stay and one refund."

"The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but we only sleep there so we don’t need fancy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. While there we have direct access to two restaurants without having to leave the hotel grounds. "
