「Enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and staff were wonderful.」

「A good, well-run hotel. No criticisms. Also, we had a slight problem with a noisy resident in the next room to us. I contacted the night porter who quickly sorted things out, calmly, politely and effectively. The restaurant is exceptionally good - way above the general standard of freezer to microwave meals you encounter so often.」

「Got here late but the porter sorted my room out very quickly in a friendly and efficient manner. I arrived at the hotel just after midnight so never got to enjoy the dining experience…. At least not until breakfast!」
