"This is a budget motel in a small town. It is not in a high crime area. If you need a clean, cheap place to stay then this is it. There are no amenities, the walls haven't been painted in decades, the staff is rude but for the price it is worth it as long as the room is clean."

"The people are very nice and there are always rooms avail. I love getting the one with the hot tub in the room. The pool is broken down and gross and probably a mosquito pit. "I sent a message a couple of days ago regarding cutting our trip short because of my 84 yo father’s inability to keep his balance on the gravel walkways afraid he might fall or break a hip. The lady said you would give us a refund for the unused days. We only stayed 1 day. Please let me know."
