"The house was a great size for our extended family. It does need some upgrades. The enormous deck needs some care -we brought a hammer and reset a lot of the nails, and we were concerned about splinters on little feet. The 1st floor toilet needs to be reseated, it moves. The faucet and water knobs in the upstairs sink leak.Please be more honest about the “staircase to the beach.” The grand parents could not handle 108 steps each way. It is a dramatic scale.For the kids, the beach is beautiful and they loved it, but we all could not enjoy it."
