「Me and my sister came for my niece who cheered for spirit of America in the Macys day parade. Our stay was in a perfect location for viewing the parade and the staff was so amazing, they took care of all our needs. Great area and immaculately clean. We had the best time of our lives. 」

「The room was the best part of the hotel, although this hotel was listed as VIP, which should’ve been eligible for certain perks and upgrades we were offered none. We were told we would have to pay for room upgrade. And also were charged for a 1 hour later check out. So I Don’t think this should be listed as a VIP property. The pool is much smaller than it looks in photos and it is not heated.」
