「My friends and I stumbled upon this property when looking for places to stay close to Knoxville on our road trip. We loved that this would be a special experience - more unique (and also more reasonably priced for some new college grads) than a hotel inside the city. We did have to drive about 30 minutes into Knoxville to pick up some food, but it was not a problem for us. There were 3 of us which housed us perfectly in the Fish House. Could not recommend this place more. Check in/out was easy...

「While the cottage had some functional positives, several important issues significantly impacted my stay and should be disclosed more clearly in the listing—especially given the final price. Access to the property was challenging and stressful. As I approached, the road conditions worsened considerably, eventually becoming a one-lane gravel road with a steep incline leading up to the cottage.
