「Had a wonderful stay! Very clean, beautifully decorated, with attention to detail. Location was excellent, especially for walks along the dock, with many restaurants in close walking distance. Only critique, was the thin floor/ceiling, could hear down stairs neighbors walking on the hard wood floors and their television while in the bedroom. I put on the fan to create white noise to help minimize the noise. Outside of this, it was a perfect stay.」

「My family has vacationed in Maushop Village at least a dozen summers -- each year we stay in a different home. This unit served it's purpose: a place in this desirable neighborhood. However, the kitchen was not workable for someone who likes to cook on vacation. It was clear people didn't do that often, as the dishes seemed sticky/tacky in the cupboards. 「We had a phenomenal stay at this property. It was a group of friends coming together to watch a play at the Cape Playhouse. The house was pristine, beautifully decorated and everyone slept great on the beds and linens. Highly recommend!」

「My husband and I booked a long weekend here after the Labor Day holiday to ride our bikes and visit the beach. We were conveniently located to several trails and Sandy Neck Beach. This newly renovated garage had all the comforts of home, was nicely decorated, and perfect for us. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a small dehumidifier to be added inside as it felt slightly damp each morning. We would recommend this rental property and would not hesitate to return.」

「Property is very quiet and only a few minutes walk to the beach! The pictures of the beach and stairs can be a bit misleading as these are for the entire property, not this house. The beach did look nice and had plenty of room for everyone staying here. Would definitely recommend for a couple or a family with kids. Plenty to do and lots of great restaurants within a half hour drive 」
