I contacted the host via phone, text, email, and VRBO and they were unresponsive. I was not able to enter the property and had to find separate accommodations. I have thrown better sheets in the trash and the comforter had stains on it. The mattress was not even a real mattress- it was an eggshell crate foam that buckled when you sat on it. The exceptional reviews are not real reviews. This was a total scam! "
