"Check in was seamless. Front desk staff were very helpful. Parking was tight (we have an F-150 and the upper level was the only place it would fit. Had we arrived later, there would have been no spots. Area around the hotel is a bit gritty, but we did not feel unsafe. Would recommend based on the price point. "

"We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and cheesy. "

"Pros: Friendly staff, s'mores nightly firepit, beautiful location, amazing boardwalk. Cons: We were in the oldest part of the resort, the shower was one of those very large old soaker tubs with a shower above (make shift style). The TV in the bedroom didn't work, the mini fridge didn't work, and they forgot to clean our room (we were there for three nights). "
