気になった点 : 清潔度、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
The property is located at a really prime area, and close to public transit.
To access the condo, you have to walk up multiple sets of stairs, approximately 50 stairs. The stairs are old, outside and extremely steep and it would have been helpful had this information been in the information for the condo. Whistler gets a lot of rain so these wooden steps were extremely slick and there isn’t an alternative to reach the condo.
The condo itself is small, and dated. It was very musty and we found what was either mold or a dirt build up in different areas. The dryer does not vent so if you need to use it, the place will be hot and moist.
We had to look for some things so we had to look under the couch / bed and we found dirt, toys, and food under both. The couch was visibly dirty.
There is no closets available to use so if you need to put things away, the only thing available to you is a clothing rack.
The second ‘bedroom’ is a loft which will work fine for some people but having that information accessible would have been appreciated.
