Summer 2025 Membrane Replacement Project
Please note that a building-wide membrane replacement project is scheduled for Summer 2025, with work expected to be completed by late September. Construction will occur Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The project involves demolition and removal of the existing membrane, followed by the installation of a torch-on membrane on the building envelope. This work may generate noise and disruption, particularly in outdoor areas. Rates have been adjusted to reflect this potential inconvenience. As such, no additional refunds or discounts will be provided due to impacts from this project.

About the home
Step into this beautifully modern corner-unit townhome and experience the charm of Creekside forest and epic mountain views through large windows and 16+ foot ceilings that fill the living area with natural light. After a rewarding day in Whistler's great outdoors, cozy up by the real wood-burning fireplace with a glass of gluhwein. The living area also features a flat-screen Smart TV and a private outdoor deck with seating, perfect for taking in Creekside's mountain village vibes.
The open-concept kitchen/dining area includes state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances for preparing meals for friends and family. Enjoy elegant clean lines throughout the newly renovated home, with designer finishes in each bedroom. The main floor hosts a full bathroom and the primary bedroom with a Queen bed, full-size closet, and fabulous mountain views. Upstairs, you'll find the second full bathroom, the second bedroom with a Queen bed, a full-size closet, and mountain/forest views. Both full bathrooms are newly designed, one with a bathtub and the other with an oversized walk-in shower. The home also includes an in-suite stacked washer/dryer. The third bedroom features a double-over-double bunk in an open-plan lofted area and an AC unit.

Location
This is where it all started, the original Whistler. You will enjoy the more relaxed, slower-paced vibe of Whistler Creekside, with everything you need all in one place. Whistler Creekside is complete with arguably some of the best restaurants in the resort, a grocery store, liquor stores, multiple gyms and a few local bars for Apres. Creekside is well connected to the Main Village by both the scenic Valley Trail and by various bus lines that arrive multiple times an hour. Revel in the scenery of both Nita and Alpha Lakes, beautiful trail walks and generally quieter lift queues up Creekside Gondola; this is the perfect location for your alpine getaway in both summer and winter!

Powderview is a perfectly situated quiet complex which is only a 5 minute walk to the Whistler Creekside.

⌂ ​​​​​​​ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ This home only has one air conditioning unit located at the loft. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
⌂ There is no elevator at this complex. You will need to take stairs to get to the property. Not suitable for people with accessibility restrictions.

Townhouse was pretty much as we expected per the pictures that are posted - nicely decorated and the beds are comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Good size for a small family. Had all the amenities needed. We would have given a 5 star for cleanliness, but there were some things that could have been improved such as dusting of certain areas that I can understand get overlooked. Check in and check out process was straight forward.

Sitting in the living room and dining room, it looked like you were in a treehouse. Views of trees and peekaboo view to the mountains. Everything was very comfortable and nice looking. We enjoyed our stay in the condominium.

Our vacation was wonderful! The entire housing process was smooth and efficient. The property manager was very responsive and friendly. They also informed me that there was a broken television prior to our visit. They also told me they would credit me 50 CAD for the inconvenience. This credit has already shown up on my credit card transactions (we have only been home for 3 days!). The unit itself was fantastic. The pictures are 100% accurate. The kitchen is well equipped; there are plenty of dishes and silverware. The appliances were all clean and easy to use. The dish soap and dishwasher tabs were well stocked. The bathrooms were all clean and well stocked also. The washing machine and dryer also worked well (plenty of washing machine tabs!). The beds are very comfortable! The main living area has a comfortable couch and chair. Parking is easy! There are sufficient parking spaces. We had an EV and there are well marked signs that EV charging is not allowed in the covered parking. I do think that adding "EV charging is not available in the covered parking" would be helpful. Creekside is easily walkable. It is downhill to the village; coming uphill in ski boots CAN be a challenge if there is more snow/ice on the roads. As there was no snow on the roads, our walk was easy! Overall, we had an awesome vacation! The housing process (check in, the stay, and check out) was super smooth. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Loved the condo, perfect space for myself and 3 adult children. The location was quiet and convenient and the nearby Creekside Market had everything that we needed. The condo was very tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We did find that the temperature in the shower upstairs was not hot so we all showered downstairs where it was not a problem. And the access to the patio is not ideal as the couch is in front of it and it has a rather awkward step to maneuver. A great stay though for sure!

We had an excellent experience staying here. Well appointed, immaculately clean, great location. Comfortable beds and pillows. We loved being close to Whistler Village without staying in it. Creekside was quiet - in a great way - but we were in the Village in 5 minutes. Creekside Market was a great option for picking up groceries. Loved everything about this experience!

We loved staying at this home. It was very clean, modern and comfortable and can easily fit a big family. The location was very close to the central Whistler village center. Only con was getting to the condo from the parking garage especially during the winter months. We had heavy suitcases and carrying them from the underground parking garage to the second floor condo was difficult when there was lots of snow and slush. The day we were checking out the parking garage had lots of water and made our shoes wet.
