事故か事件か分かりませんが、エレベーターが壊れており、8階の部屋に毎日階段で上がるのは大変でした。 オーロラを観るための重装備の防寒着だったこともあり、業務用のエレベーターはあったようなので、そちらを使わせて頂くか、料金等で補完をして頂きたかったです。
