Property does not meet what is promoted on page. Service is limited - no daily vacuming, took towels and never replaced. Outside & inside areas are tired. Beds are old and feels like springs managed to sleep.

Multiple attempts to get heat pump to work kept coming flashing blue failed every time other wall heater didn’t work only moveable panel heater worked. Bathroom sink plug didn’t work shower tray leaked on floor all other facilities worked didn’t top up sugar for day two, apart from that all good thank you.

It was good for one nights stay. Beds were firm, but sheets and pillows were nice and clean and had an electric blanket. Room was cold when we arrived but quickly warmed up with the heat pump. Parking right outside our room was convenient.

Our hotel room was very comfortable and surprisingly well equipped and furnished, including a very functional kitchen. Even laundry facilities were made available upon demand - though we didn’t take advantage of them.

Quick Trip
We arranged a late check-in for after 9.00pm & it was really easy. The staff were really friendly & clearly communicated all the instructions, which was great. We left early next morning, so unfortunately didn't get the chance to talk with staff about the heatpump not working (dust filters need a clean, accordingly to manual), thankfully there was another heater & extra blankets. And, the interior of the kettle has seen better days. Overall, still a good stay. Thanks.
