「Worst thing is getting to your room a mile away from reception, only to find that the room keys don't work on the last day. This is despite the hotel bill being prepaid. Are they expecting us to walk off with the 10 year old telly? It's a terrible practise, and certainly not unique to this hotel, where the stay was otherwise fine and the bar food pretty good.」
「Cathy is a super host! She made us feel very welcomed. The property is very cute. Her breakfast offerings are fantastic. We had a faux pas with the guest washing machine and she graciously assisted late in the evening and had our laundry back to us by morning. 」
