A great deal. 3 nights there. Clean and well maintained and operated hotel at a very reasonable price. They included breakfast and parking (usually $15/day). It is a shame a new hotel does not have safety grab bars in the shower. They have a sign warning people about the risk of falling in the shower ...

Catalina Hotel & Beach Club
The hotel is in a great location but the room and overall inside of the hotel doesn’t really look like the photos. It is not very clean or well kept.

Park Central South Beach
Clean room, if you get a terrace make sure it’s oceanfront because otherwise you’re looking at dirty buildings. No help from staff on luggage and valet just threw our keys to us and ran off.
