「Great room and great service」

「Clean room, nice room i have stayed in super 8 Wyndham hotels before this one in susanville Calif, is the best, amenities good, great customer service evening we got there 」

「Hotel was nice. But it is already winter here so almost restaurant was closed. Also Lassen National park was closed due to snow. We had nothing to do. 」

「The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. The daily housekeeping was especially welcome. I've stayed in many hotels in the Bay Area that only had maid service every few days, and even getting fresh towels can be a hassle. At Baymont, the room was always spotless by lunchtime. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the heaters work great... which is a big deal on sub-freezing nights. This is now my first choice when staying in Susanville for work.」

「This was a GREAT option for Lassen Volcanic National Park. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were cozy with a nice mini-fridge and microwave. The restaurant across the street (same company) was excellent with some great sunset views from the large windows. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.」
