The room was very clean and the bathroom was excellent my only issue was there was no window. I think it did say that in the booking but I must have missed it. I wouldn’t have booked that room if I’d noticed that. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was ok not anything to rave about just basic

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is really convenient and close to trains. Dinner and breakfast both were good value and very tasty.

Staff would not assist with luggage up the steep stairs in the front of the building and could not use the lift as that was designated for wheelchairs. The hairdryer did not work and the telephone did not work. Asked for a hairdryer would have to move rooms. Telephone they did not care. So I am not staying at the Ramada in the future
