「While the room was adequate and the check in staff was pleasant, management should find a different career. Was double charged for a room after checking in at 7pm with a same day reservation through Expedia. Even after selecting to pay at property, the managers statement was “I have the right to charge your card after 3pm”. The check in allowable time frame per app was 3pm - anytime. Will never use this facility again or any businesses the company is associated with.」

「This hotel fully deserves 10 out of 10. It is new so everything is sparkling clean, but more than that the staff were so accommodating and friendly, they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was also excellent and if we are ever in the area again, we will definitely use this hotel. We have been travelling for 20 nights and this has been the standout, best hotel of all of them. Thank you to all of the team.」

「Both the tub and sink had stains in them. The sheets were stained. The AC made the most horrible and loud rattling noise ever. The place was a complete dump.」

「Beautiful facility and great staff. But there was NO INTERNET connection for tv. Still had internet in phones and devices, but tv was not connected. Totally unusable.」
