"Imagine paying in advance and turning up with receipts, booking confirmation, the bank card you booked it on,to be told that I can't stay because you don't have photo ID , and then refused a refund. Well that's what happened to me.....absolute joke of a company. Avoid at all cost is what I'm telling ..."
