「We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.」

「This is THE hidden gem of the Emerald Coast! Booking literally took less than 20 minutes. The unit was exceptionally clean, neat and in order. You are within walking distance of Pier Park and soo much more! You can get up, get dressed and take a 5 to 10 minute walk to Coconuts for breakfast. There are so many little beach shops between this hidden gem and Pier Park that it would be near impossible to name them all. There is a beach access point directly across from the condominium parking lot...

Unit was in the process of being sold, amd we were told that the purchaser planned on repainting. hopefully the cleaning crew will be more diligent . Overall the area and development is very good.」

「We had a wonderful stay - Room had a balcony directly overlooking the Gulf. Quiet and away from the chaos of the middle of PC Beach but accessible to lots of restaurants and things to do. Room was clean, A/C cold, beds comfy, great TV, perfect temp in shower, and fresh towels were provided every day. Even has a full size refrig & microwave! What more could you want? Only gripe we had was that no one monitored the hot tub and some kids under 12 were in there unattended. Also teens would "hog"...

「Great place. Wonderful staff, great location, and clean. We loved the quieter end of the beach and especially having a kitchen.
