"The staff was helpful, room was cold and comfortable like I love it and the breakfast was great!"

"Stay far away. To start the parking lot was nasty. Trash everywhere outside. For my room the only thing clean were the sheets. Floors looked like they were mopped with a greasy rag. Feces splatter in the toilet. Pubic hairs and urine on the rim. Something that looked like feces on the wall above the tissue holder. Tub had a sewer smell and the tub paint was peeling. Looked like they got more paint in the drain than on the tub. Wall was patched about a 2 foot square that hadn’t been finished. Looks like they just smeared a little plaster around the edges and didn’t even paint it. The tv had numerous Chanel’s that didn’t work and the remote skipped several channels when I tried to change. I was extremely tired or I would have demanded a refund and tried to find somewhere else to stay. I tried to bring all this to the attention of the front desk when I checked out but the lady was stoned or drunk and kept nodding off as I talked. She showed no concern. Finally I just walked out. Warning!!! Stay away from this place. "

"The room was disgusting. Didnt look like it had been cleaned at all before i arrived. All the staff were completely rude when ssking them for clean towels which they was meant to leave out daily but they didnt do once. Also the keys had to be renewed every day which meant i had to deal with the rude stuff daily. "

"This was my second time staying here. The first visit was actually pretty nice it’s a very basic motel, but it was comfortable and met my expectations. Unfortunately, my second stay wasn’t as pleasant. The room didn’t feel as clean this time. There was a noticeable stain around the toilet, and what looked like mold or black buildup around it as well. Overall, the room just didn’t give that clean, well-maintained feeling. I was a bit disappointed compared to my first experience. I hope they improve their cleaning standards moving forward."

"Our air conditioning didn’t work, the show leak all the way out into the room when I let the front desk know they didn’t seem to care. When I asked the lady for a refund she just looked at me."

"I chose the hotel based on continental breakfast and indoor pool. We were only staying one night. When we arrived, the pool was closed and was told it would not be open till Friday. We left to make other plans. When we returned, the pool was open, but we had made other plans. There was a door accessing the mechanical space that was unlocked to our room. There was also a noisy compressor running in that space. Bathroom door would not shut and light was dim. We were moved to a better room, but there was no hair dryer in the morning. Twice, got the smell of marijuana from the cleaning staff while entering elevators. For breakfast, it appeared to have been put up early, if it was even offered, resulting in us having to go spend more money for quick breakfast. Spending $240 for one night, was upsetting and I will not be back to that property again. Waste of money when I could have spent way less. Not a great experience and wish I would have complained for partial refund."

"Parking was easy in the location allows pets but they charge $25 per night cash for a small cat. And I don't believe they clean up the room very well after pets are there. My cat was hiding behind the head of the mattress so I slid the bed away from the wall and there was fecal matter from a previous pet in that area. So I'm actually a little concerned that my cat was back there with that. Cats and other animals can catch many things from fecal matter from other animals. One of the nastiest places I've ever been. "
