「I tried to check in, but the Indian man behind the counter was incredibly rude. When I walked up to the counter, he was on his phone ( with the volume full blast, watching videos like a child), and when he saw me, he said, "yeah?". It got worse from there, and he tried even denying me my room due to the fact that I used a nickname on Expedia. I've never had this issue before.
