"I stayed at the hotel for just a few hours (flight delays and early flight departure on the following day) but it was very pleasant and extremely welcoming. The staff knew exactly how to take care of busy travelers with rush needs and excelled in their gestures (coffee and breakfast ready at 5 AM, calling and fixing transportation issues (Uber), extremely fast checkin with huge upgrade (executive suite), and generally very polite/smiley/happy faces). I commend the hotel for their excellent staff. "

"Wanted to stay at a prime location in Mumbai for family reason and nothing perhaps can be better than Taj Mahals be that Palace or Towers. To have clear sea-views & view of Gateway from upper floor, we opted Taj Mahal Tower and the view was perfect, as expected. Even Sunrise view is an additional pleasure. The entire team, be at the front desk or HK or at Shamiana Restaurant is extremely supportive and caring. Indian traditional welcome is another plus..."
