"Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. Some notable staff were Jean our dinner waitress. She was so lovely and helpful with her suggestions, Destiny, and Estephany were pleasant as well. At the beach bar Carlos our bartender was the man!! Awesome attitude and made drinks to our specifications. Also, Mariasol and Chantel. These ladies were friendly and helpful. Andrea and her husband are running a wonderful operation Great service!! We will return!"

"It was a great stay. Staff and food was wonderful. Very relaxing place. They had music entertainment and bingo. Felt clean. Shower floor tile would be my only draw back. Needs replacing. Beautiful blue waters. Easy walks to beaches. Doc the bartender was top notch. Cora and Nikki were the best waitresses. Fish tacos are a must. They have happy hour. Breakfast should be the eggs Benedict. Just saying!"

"The host Jonathan is the BOMB! The communication after I put down the initial down payment he was always in touch. When we arrived, he was there to meet us and had a helper to put our bags in the rooms. The house is spectacular! The views are unreal! Everyone has their own little Casitas and then of course we all meet in the open air kitchen sitting area dining area. I have been to many homes all over the world in this one tops it i’ve put! Also, you can go through Jonathan and get a driver to pick you up. Put us with David. He had David pick us up and he was fantastic and we used them the whole time. Whatever you need from Jonathan he answers within the minute and fixes everything within 30 minutes if anything needs to be fixed, of course I can’t say enough about this place. Jonathan was there to send us off along with his helper to load our luggage into David’s van. I told him we would be back next year without a doubt!"

"This was one of the most beautiful locations being able to look over the water and listen to the water. Every night was incredible. It was a great location to be able to get to other areas of the island like Cane Garden Bay definitely will come back."

"A property! We picked this property based on the high-quality reviews and couldn't have been more happy with our choice. The waterfront location was even more impressive than we expected. The property was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for our comfort. If there was anything we needed, the property manager (Val) was never far away and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We very much enjoyed the close proximity to several local restaurants, bars, and beaches, many of which were within walking distance. This property helped us live like locals for a week in Tortola! "This is definitely THE rental to book in Long Bay. Great for two or three couples or a multigenerational family. Incredible views, and more than comfortable in every way. Loved the infinity pool.You can easily walk to the Long Bay resort for a meal or a spa treatment.And the rental agency team was extremely helpful.It was an excellent stay!"
