"The hotel is beautiful and our beach villa was awesome. You wake up with a view of the ocean and sitting on the deck and looking out at the waves and hearing them crash on the beach was so relaxing. The food was great and the staff is really friendly and helpful. I would recommend a screen over the bathroom window because people walking by can see you when you're getting ready in the bathroom. Also, my wife likes to sleep in a little and there are no curtains or anything in the bedroom that can block out the morning sunlight, just screens that go up and down, but they don't really filter much light. And our toilet room next to the bathroom continuously smelled like urine, which was odd. But other than that I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to unwind and relax. The beach villas are perfect for this."

"this property was fantastic!! the communication and description of the property were amazing, you can swim right in front of the vrbo (during certain times of the year) we were there in July and a beach restaurant was within walking distance. Val, the property manager was so nice and helpful. we went to Jost and smugglers beach. our favorite restaurants were sugar mill and banana keet and capprecio (road town) and sebastian on the beach was walking distance from the unit. There is air in the kitchen, and both bedrooms which was awesome . Lastly, the view!! so amazing from the balcony"

" From the booking process, check-in through our stay this experience was wonderful! All of our questions were answered during booking, we were assisted in boat charter, groceries and our host was so welcoming.This home is gorgeous, inside and out! Plenty of room for four adults and I still think about the lanai and private beach.The location is perfect for visiting the east and west side of the island.We'll be back!"

"I’ll start with the location. I’m very familiar with Tortola snd BVIs. The west end of the island is the best spot if you want peacefulness and accessibility. It’s very serene and beautiful. Not far from west end ferry, which we utilized frequently. Also in walking distance to several restaurants and bars. Our favorite restaurant was 1748. We opted out of renting a car, so Eric who the property management hooked us up with was ours for the week. He was so amazing and drove us anywhere we wanted. Even at 4 am so I could hop on a dive boat for the day. I highly recommend ordering Pinky’s rotis upon arrival. They were amazing; however, I felt they were a little pricey- but delicious.Every morning we had our coffee on patio and then jumped into the ocean for our morning swim. The property itself is perfect for a couple. The mattress was not the most comfortable, but if you prefer it firm- you are in good hands! I highly recommend staying here. I’m so sad to be home, but so happy to have the memories of Apple Bay. "

"Our stay at Limeberry Villa in Tortola’s West End was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by every detail—this place is absolutely incredible. The views are truly jaw-dropping, with sweeping panoramas that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a private show just for us.The villa itself is immaculately designed. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed, offering both luxury and comfort, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and gathering with our group. But the highlight? The infinity pool. We’ve never experienced anything like it—floating while overlooking the lush hills and sparkling sea was simply unforgettable.Jonathan, the owner, and Jubi were phenomenal hosts. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the lead-up to our trip, and their thoughtful touches made our arrival extra special. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience.And the location? Perfect. Smugglers Cove beach is just a short walk or drive away, and it quickly became one of our favorite beaches ever—crystal clear water, soft sand, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like our own private paradise. Patricia’s Beach Bar serves up the best drinks and food! Try the grouper wrap!We left already dreaming about our next visit. Limeberry Villa is a gem, and we can’t wait to return!"

"Great house with a nice pool on the West End of Tortola. It was convenient to Soper's Hole, the ferry dock at a West End, and Several beaches on the North side of the island. The property manager Sylvia was terrific! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone."

"The property was as beautiful as it was listed. We stayed for a little over a week and were completely satisfied with the property and staff the whole time. A special callout to the The Villas of Tortola's team who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready for our stay. The spacing of the bedrooms was great for an adult group who wants to share a common space, but would like their individual spaces. All of the amenities between the pool, bathrooms, kitchen appliances worked perfectly. The staff came in and cleaned the spaces mid-week which was a welcome refresh. I would highly recommend the property and team for a stay on Tortola."
