"The room was big and very clean and nice. The breakfast was very good. The staff was so friendly. Thank you."

"This experience was absolutely awful! We had stayed at Red Lion hotels before and enjoyed the experience, but this place brought our esteem down to the floor. To be fair, the person at check-in was pleasant, and really so were all the staff we interacted with. That's where it ends! The elevator, that sadly our room happened to be close to, was so noisy and creaky that every trip was an adventure game of "Are we gonna make it? " It was so noisy that we could hear it all night terrorizing the other guests. The hallway literally had piles of soiled linens on the floor when we arrived at 9pm and they were still there when we left at 8am. Everything in the room besides the bed linen itself was extremely dirty. The security lock on the door was conveniently broken off, I assume so we didn't have to worry about getting stuck in our room. Fortunately, the bar that was supposed to be open until 1am was closed so we weren't tempted to ease our pain. We didn't utilize the pool as it was after hours, but the red light definitely made it look creepy as heck. All in all, definitely recommend to any friends you don't want to keep. Everyone else, steer clear."

"Simple, comfortable, and clean...everything you could want in a boutique hotel in downtown Boise. The room’s decor and design felt exactly like what I’d imagine a stylish studio apartment in a downtown area would look like. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the café in the lobby made for a great breakfast spot with delicious food and pastries. The location couldn’t have been better, sitting almost perfectly between the heart of downtown in one direction and the Boise River in the other. I will never consider staying anywhere else when visiting Boise again. This is officially my spot!"

"Stayed one night on a road trip. Staff was very welcoming. We were greeted with a social hour, which included a complimentary beverage. Our room was larger than expected and included a small microwave and refrigerator. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was being repaired so was not available for us, but we were informed of this ahead of time. The breakfast offered the next morning was ample, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel."
