Well maintained facilities
The property is impeccably maintained and decorated. It is ideal for hanging out and is a beautiful space with lots of natural light and privacy. The rooms had high quality sheets and pillows and the towels are large and fluffy. Instructions were clear and coupled with a welcome bag with some ramen and hot cocoa. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and basic supplies.
One suggestion we would have is to provide outdoor chairs around the fire pit. There was wood but no kindling and we did not see a lighter (we brought our own so we did not search exhaustively).
Check-in was smooth via a coded touchpad, so no need for keys. Communication was a little lagged; we did not get check-in instructions by 24 hours before check-in so had to message the host who replied promptly. However, other messages were either not answered or took a while to generate a response; the facilities are managed by a company not an individual so if you are used to that personal touch you will need to recalibrate your expectations.That said, everything went very smoothly so that was not problematic.
Overall, a great place for a family in summer or winter.
