Die Reinigung war sehr oberflächlich ( dicker Staub Schicht im Schrank) und schmierig. Trotz allem konnte man den Urlaub genießen.」

We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation.
