"Hotel needs to improve a lot in appearance and services. It is outdated, carpet were not clean and sent was horrible in all areas including the rooms. Amenities are outdated and needs to be updated. Old fashioned microwave. Room service should change sheets daily, not every other 3 days that's not acceptable. Staff was okay, they did the best to accommodate."

Staff was unable to help as none spoke English and just nodded smiled and said ok to whatever was said to them. Hall was covered with the scent of drug use and very loud as you could hear every tv or talking in rooms. Not a pleasant stay. "
