「It was a great location for us, (we needed to be near the UTRGV campus), and it was close enough to the highway that we could get anywhere we needed to go.The handy man lives on site, so our problems were dealt with immediately.You do need to know that it is an apartment, and the neighbors' music was pretty loud until midnight, but if you have a loud enough white noise machine, you could potentially block most of it out. The host is incredibly responsive and very friendly.」

「The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.」

「Ramon was a great host. Responded quickly to my requests. This place was amazing I rented it for my son and his family visiting from Lincoln Nebraska. I highly recommend this place. I will rent it again when my son revists. All amenities were provided. My son especially enjoyed bbqing in the bbq pit.」

「Property is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated very cute. Property has security gate so we had no concerns about our vehicle. Easy to get to.」
