「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 「Apartment was great, very nice. There was 3 beds we only used one but it was very comfortable. Host communicated very quickly and was very helpful. Only downfall was the upstairs tenants jumped and ran all night till about 3am so being up late and checking out at 10am was not fun, but Tom was great and apartment was clean. If you can ignore jumping perfect location to everything.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home! The décor was so colorful and lively with lots of natural light. There was plenty of visiting space on couches and chairs, and a brightly lit kitchen. We especially enjoyed the turn table and vinyl records of all our old favorites for trips down memory lane! We would definitely choose to stay here again!」

「Good price for the location! Some features are outdated. The unit is upstairs which I was not aware of beforehand, and my husband is disabled so that was difficult for him. But overall is was good and we’re happy with our stay. 」
