「Location was good for visiting NC State and downtown 」

「Host was very communicative and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was convenient. Could've used more spoons in the cutlery drawer. Otherwise, cute space perfect for our needs.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the Ecliipse Condo. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and just needed a comfortable play to stay between wedding events. It was conveniently located near our events and was definitely better than staying in a hotel. Glad we found this option and stayed here.」

「The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. 「Great location, safe, and clean. It is an older complex so the unit is definately a little worn but the furniture was nice and the beds are comfortable. However, it is a downstairs unit and you can hear every footstep upstairs. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best spot for you. 」

「Good price for the location! Some features are outdated. The unit is upstairs which I was not aware of beforehand, and my husband is disabled so that was difficult for him. But overall is was good and we’re happy with our stay. 」
