The staff when we first arrived was very abrupt, i paid for parking at the hotel which i had not been informed about, i was given no option other than to pay by card. They were not polite about this at all. I did not use the restaurant or bar because of this reason, breakfast was ok. Staff should be trained on how they communicate to guests arriving.

Perfect spot to explore Old Town. Right in the heart of it all. For a great breakfast sport, check out Carlton View! Was fantastic!
