Lovely little hut!

The hut was lovely hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. Site manager was lovely and really helpful. Food from the clubhouse wasn’t great but didn’t dampen any of the experience:) would 100% go back

Awful

We didn't stay we entered the property the door had been prised open with a crow bar got tub was dirty no where to sit as every thing was covered in old rotting damp leaves the inside was grotty stains on sofa bed in the draws the toaster wasn't even clean we had 5 minutes looking at the place got in the car and drove straight home as no option for a refund 148 pounds for a total disappointment

False advertisement

This is not the property you get when you get here. The hot tub was not even turned on when we arrived and was still freezing the next day. Dog hairs and human hairs all over the furniture. Damaged things inside. Tv didnt work. Heating didnt work. No wifi. No towels provided. Freezing inside and couldnt use the spare bedding as stank and hairs all over. We stayed 1 night as we had a long day out and it was getting dark so came home the next day. We asked for a partial refund but its run threw that many people they wouldnt give us anything all blaiming it on each other. It says travel nest on here and then they give you a phone number of someone called anthony but his apparent name is daniel. Ive booked lots of times threw VRBO and never experienced anything like it in my life. Such a waste of money ive worked so hard to save!
