Top Wells Hotel Reviews

Comfort Inn & Suites Salina North

8/10 Good

"The hotel and room were clean. The staff was nice but the ownership is managing this property in a BAD way. The staff is NOT allowed to sit out front at the desk. They are told to stay in the office, around the corner from the front desk. When guests arrive, it feels terrible. No one to greet you, you have to call or push a button (that honestly is difficult to see on the desk) in order to notify staff that you're there to check in. Same thing if heaven forbid you need anything from the front desk while you're there. The staff hates this, but have been told that if they bring a chair out to sit to wait for customers, that they will be written up and potentially lose their jobs!"

Escape to the Heart of Kansas overlooking Rock City and the Solomon Valley!

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay at Rock City was nothing less than perfection! 1st off, I got stuck in the mud. The owner noticed because he was there turning the lights on for us because it was getting toward dusk, and we still hadn't checked in, so he helped get out of the rut I had spun myself into. We were there to visit family, so we asked about a crockpot, and he delivered one within a few minutes! Turns out, after meeting the lovely Mrs. at the quaint neighborhood market, it was a special wedding gift from her mother-in-law. So special to share it with us! Small town hospitality at it's finest! The place was clean! Gorgeous views! And a cool arcade game for the kids to play! We are already planning our next trip!"

Rock City Motel

8/10 Good

"The room was clean, and there was plenty of hot water. That said, this little motel is really sad and in desperate need of some updating. The staff were friendly, but barely spoke English. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Except for Casey's, which does open till 7 am, there isn't much in the way of restaurants. Fortunately, Saline is only a twenty-minute drive."
