Step inside this top-floor unit and you will be greeted with immediately be greeted with the beloved Wells Beach seaside charm. To your left, you will find the main bedroom, equipped with a queen bed, flatscreen TV and an en-suite 1/2 bath. There is an open-concept full kitchen & dining area, which offers everything you need to prepare an elegant meal. 
Facing the ocean, there is a "wall of windows", allowing for natural light to pour into the condo while providing you unobstructed views of Wells Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. On the deck, you will find outdoor seating - the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. A spiral staircase leads you directly from your deck to the sand, creating easy access to one of Maine's most beloved beaches.

**Important Notes: This condo is affiliated with a Homeowners Association and all guests shall be provided with HOA rules and regulations for renting the property. There is a Strict one-car parking limitation, VEHICLE CAN NOT BE A LARGE SUV or TRUCK in your assigned spot. This property is not pet friendly, without exception. Property is child-friendly, however spiral staircase may pose risk to small children & those with physical limitations.
