「Excelent condition of apartment 」

「This property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive to UNH and 5 minute walk to downtown Dover, though I wouldn't want to undertake its steep street on a snowy day. Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. ...

「It was very comfortable and neighbors were friendly and quiet!I appreciated the extras in the cabinets:kitchen supplies and coffee and tea until I was able to get to the storeThe ride over was snowy and slow so it was nice not to run out for those items!The only suggestion I would make is the comforter had a bit of a smell and maybe could use a wash? I took it off the bed and used the amazing blanket!」

「We went to visit friends for a weekend and we had a great time! We brought our dog and having the fenced in backyard was wonderful! Walkable distance to places that were even now after the summer season which was wonderful. Being so close to the beach we walked it multiple times a day. The host, Alex, was super quick to response with the question I had. Highly recommend! 」

「Not what we were expecting. One room was listed as having two twin beds, but it was the smallest bedroom and one of the beds was a fold down cot. Both beds were touching one another when they were down and there was no room to walk to the bathroom. The main bedroom at the top of the stairs only had one working outlet. The tv and lamp were unplugged and had zero way of being plugged in because the extension cord ran underneath the bed to the AC. So you could be cool with the AC, or swelter while...
