「The place was in a perfect location. Just the right size for our needs. It was nice having a full kitchen. An added bonus was the screened porch. It was clean! The owners were very responsive. I would rent from them again.However, the bed’s mattress could have been better. Also, the walls could use fresh paint and the chairs on the screened patio need replacing.」

「This little space provided me a short term home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is wonderful if you are looking to be able to cook meals in your rental. I enjoyed the little fireplace at night, which made it cozy and comforting. The location is great if you love antiquing in Wells, and is in proximity to the main shopping areas, nature trails and local restaurants. Great place to stay if you want to visit Wells.」
