「Great location.1 mile off I95, located on Rt 1. Owner and staff friendly. Studio apt was roomy and clean. Would definitely book again when going to Wells ME.」

「Perfect little spot in an excellent location!」

「We just returned from a lovely vacation in the Loft unit. The location was amazing, kitchen well-equipped, and the space comfortably accommodated two adults and three tween/teen children. A definite re-book! 」

「Very nice, quiet and clean property. Our room was on the smaller side so would be ideal for a couple or small family. The pool was also very nice for the times we weren’t at the beach!」

「This complex sits off of the road and away from the traffic. It makes it very nice and quiet. We stayed for a few days just after the Fourth of July. It is very convenient and close to many area sites and attractions.」

「House had excellent access to beach, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, and the owner supplied beach items which was awesome. I did not see the listing mention that you need to bring your own towels and sheets, but the owner was very accommodating and provided these at my request. I really enjoyed the porches and deck as a great place for morning coffee or to wind down in the evening and catch an amazing breeze. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean and smell the ocean air from the front...

「What an amazing place and area. Long weekend trip here was amazing. Great amenities, great hot tub, close to everything. Will definitely stay again.」

「We stayed here for 5 nights and had the best time.. making s’mores at the fire pit and every night a freight train passed in the property behind- adding to the charm. The hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day. Very clean, very comfortable. Minutes away from so many amazing places to hike or run on the beach. We had the best time! 」
