Welcome to our glamorous six-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Wellington, FL, one of the country’s premier equestrian destinations. This newly remodeled two-level residence is situated in a peaceful setting on the shores of an expansive lake, where families, multi-families, and intergenerational families can come together for connection, fun, and a major dose of pampering.

Step across the high-gloss tile work in the entryway to discover bright, spacious living spaces for gathering and relaxing. Our indoor living areas are designed for comfort and elegance, with a gourmet kitchen, opulent dining room, and chic living room all at your fingertips. The home is also equipped for young children. Primary suite #2 on the second floor is also sure to impress, with its deluxe king size bed and scenic balcony. Curl up on the accent chair with a thrilling novel. Or answer emails from the balcony, with the beautiful lake as your backdrop. This elegant furnished balcony is also perfect for getting some sun or taking a siesta, made all the more magical with a refreshing drink in your hand. As a major bonus, this suite offers a designer ensuite bathroom. After a long day of shopping or boating, indulge in a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi tub or a glamorous rain shower.

Additional guests can choose between four delightful guest bedrooms, each with their own unique features. The first-floor room comes with two full size beds, a smart TV, ample closet storage, and access to a full hallway bath with a high-end jet shower.

The three guest bedrooms on the second floor offer their own unique flair. Two of the rooms feature cozy queen size beds, smart TVs, and direct balcony access with beautiful views of either the lake or neighborhood. And the third guest bedroom comes with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, great for our young guests. All three share access to a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo and double vanity.

Whether you’re hosting a large family barbeque or intimate meal, our home has everything you need. Even a professional chef would be well-equipped here in our sleek gourmet kitchen, fully outfitted with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and cooking utensils. Cook your family’s tried-and-true favorite recipes using the granite countertops, and spacious kitchen island with breakfast bar stools.

When your meal is ready, elevate your family dinners with our opulent dining room. This massive dining area features a 16-person glass table, marble floors, and a marbled accent wall with a wine display. Share stories about that day’s adventures around the table, and plan out what tomorrow will hold. Our musically inclined guests can enjoy serenading the group with a few tunes on the stylish white electrical piano. And those bringing young children will appreciate the convenient highchair and kids dinnerware set.

Prefer to dine al fresco? Step through the glass doors into the screened-in pool area. This slice of paradise is decked out with patio couches and lounge chairs, a TV, and a 14-person outdoor dining table for enjoying meals outdoors. Our backyard BBQ grill is also ready for fun family cookouts.

Out in the hot Florida sun, enjoy a refreshing swim in the heated pool waters, or soak up some Vitamin D from the sun loungers. What’s more, the lake is right at your fingertips. Stroll along the grassy yard to the waterfront where a private dock awaits you. Thow on a life vest and head out on a pleasant excursion in our paddle boat or one of two double-seated kayaks.

★ Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement with a security deposit is required, Lake Luxe Equine has expansive amenities and furniture we need a minimum liability, guest will receive a link to sign agreement and enter card details, it's fast and easy, the authorization will be released in a few days after leaving the property.
★ Security: The property is equipped with outdoor cameras for your safety.
★ Non-Smoking/No Parties: Parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises.
★ Safety Measures: Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are available.
★ Pets: Pets are welcome! Please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry.
★ Pool/Lake Safety: The pool and open access to the lake may put your kids at risk! Please, ensure children are always supervised
★ Use of Amenities: Use of pool, spa, Kayak, bunkbeds, exercise equipment, or any of the amenities we provide is at guests' own risk.
★ Noise Levels: Please respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels.
★ Check-In/Check-Out: Respect the designated times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the property thoroughly.
★ The jacuzzi at the master room on the first floor is temporarily out of service, the jacuzzi at our second master room upstairs works fine.
