friendly staff。warm welcome

First thing that hit me in the reception area when first arrived was the smell of stale cigarettes, I’m assuming the person that served us was the manager, he was friendly didn’t see any other staff while we were there, the room when we walked in was tidy but desperate needs a face lift, everything in the room is very old, mole in the shower very noticeable, old top stove that needs gone, old electric heater needs gone (fire hazard), Bed 😳😩 needs to be replaced,hubby and I ended up with sore back and neck. We didn’t let the manger know because what could he have done?, the complex was full and I was going to leave a comment anyway, I want to let you know that we will never book here again.

Good locale, good parking, room and bathroom was great. With 'luxury' in the title should use higher quality products in bathroom and kitchen.

The hotel has lovely decor and is delightful. The rooms with two beds have a pull across divider which is great when travelling with a friend. Lovely staff - just limited hours access.
