"The room was extremely clean. The check-in and check-out process was completely online/via text messaging. When we had to actually speak to staff for extra towels, it was brief and professional. We went to the bar next door where we, again, had excellent service. My only negative comment would be that we could've used a little bit more complimentary coffee/tea for a 2 night stay. Overall, very excellent experience. We'll be back for sure. "

"Found bugs in the bed and stains on the sheets. The door lock was broken and the room smelled awful. Two small pillows for the king sized bed. Photos attached. The building is run down and the carpet is ripped in multiple places. There was a sign on the desk that they hold a $60 cash only deposit upon check-in as well. Expedia I wouldnt offer this hotel on your site. "
