This modern fully updated/remodeled townhome is perfect for all ages and stays ~ equipped with a fully functional kitchen, all basic essentials, an enclosed backyard, and in-home theater. Close to one-of-a-kind eateries, Webb City School Districts and minutes from Joplin makes this a perfect spot.
*Theater room with canvased 200” black screen.
*TV’s are already signed into YouTube TV (all cable, live and sports can be watched here), Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Prime, Disney+, and HBO Max.
*Both Guest Bedrooms have full-sized beds with
additional pull-out trundle beds with full size mattresses. Several sleep-able couches with pull out bed couch.
