"The start was little off for us when Google maps directions threw us off (don’t take the OLD Poker Barn road) and ATT cell reception was spotty , but fortunately connected with Bryan and got in without any more fuss. House was perfectly located in front of the river, all amenities available, very peaceful and our pets had the most fun as well. We got some great family time bonding…. Checked out local historic landmarks, old towns etc… overall great trip and wonderful place….."

"My mother, son, and I enjoyed our stay. The plane was very clean and she had a considerate table of toiletries that you could use if you forgot something. The host alsov was great at communicating leading up to the stay"

"On arrival the code for the door did not work the host was not available by phone. The house was cold upon entering and it took hours to heat up. 2 of the remotes for the mini splits had dead batteries and did not work. The (bed) in the guest room was a box spring with a mattress topper on it. The bed in the master was old and had a large sunken spot in the middle making it very uncomfortable. There was dog poop in the yard around the fruit trees. Overall we did not have a good stay."

"After heading a wedding near Redding, we ventured to Weaverville for R n R. Went to Avenue of the Giants to see the redwoods. A long drive but worth it. BRBO was great!"

"We had a great time relaxing in this home. It was very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable! Kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies! Walking to the river and fishing in the morning and evening was so nice and fun for the kids. When finding the house look at the street signs not your phone, it’s easy! Adorable Weaverville is just minutes away for ice cream and dinner."
