「This property is located in a beautiful area with an incredible view. Clean, well-appointed and easy to access. If you are interested in this quiet, scenic part of North Carolina this is a great choice. Close to hiking. The Mexican restaurant is a three minute walk and has some of the best Mexican food we yave ever had. We are from western Colorado, so this was an unexpected superlative. We had one minor problem that was immediately addressed by Adam. Highly recommended.」

「We were impressed with the efficiency of the owner and his detail of the property and how to use it to our comfort. It was comfortable for two adults.Everything functioned as expected, access was a breeze and it was clean! We only recommend new couches, they were sufficient for our needs, but are losing their comfortability. Excellent property at at very reasonable fee. Thank you.」

「Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location and price point were unbeatable for the Gatlinburg area. We wanted something far enough away from the crowds so as not to be overwhelming, and this rental definitely met that desire. It is a bit of a drive from most locations, so if you are wanting something within walking distance of downtown, this wouldn't be right for you. The condo has a little age, but nothing that created any problems or disappointment for our family. 」

「The property was as beautiful as in the photos. The check in process was very easy and the checkout process was very clear. We enjoyed the coffee bar, games, and snacks that were provided. We enjoyed the pool with children ages 3 and up. We saw a black bear while hanging out on the spacious deck and it was a highlight of our time.
