「We were looking for a quiet woodland retreat and found this place to be exactly that. The 3-season porch was wonderful. The furniture was comfortable. A wide variety of woodland birds and chipmunks came to the feeders close to the windows. The chipmunks were especially entertaining. A big thank you to the host for coming to refill the feeders. The addition of a large ground feeder soon attracted squirrels. The electric fireplace took off the chill, and we had fun changing the color of the...

「House was a nice size and layout, it worked for what we needed the trip for. Beds were uncomfortable (firm/hard), nobody slept very good, and would recommend bringing your own pillows as well. I know beds can be hit and miss, depending on your preference. Bring extra towels and rags too, if having a full house, as there weren't enough for the number of guests we had (full capacity). Host was great, very responsive and allowed us the flexibility to check in sooner, so that was appreciated.」

「We were there for a short time and were not able to enjoy all the activities. For someone who goes to Michigan a lot during the summer. If we had a large group this would be a good property to go to. Plenty of room to spread out and kitchen was nice. Bedrooms and beds were good. We enjoyed our time there. 」

「The property was beautiful and everything and more than we expected. Tucked into Grand Rapids neighborhood that felt safe and a easy access to most things there. Plenty of room for 5 girls and there accessories for a bridal shower. The host Brian was extremely accommodating, especially after we experienced some car troubles. The pool was so refreshing and the house atmosphere was exactly what we needed to relax and get space after a long eventful day. We would stay here again.」

「This place exceeded my wildest expectations. The house looks little on the outside but it's huge inside! It's an old house junkie's dream, impeccably maintained and every choice from the wallpaper to the penny tiles was period perfect. I read in the guestbook that one of their guests actually grew up there, then came back for a visit, and thanked the host for giving the place a new life, how cool is that!?! The location is perfect and if we're ever in the area again, this will be our home base...
