Waxweiler Nature Escape

Perfectly nestled into Waxweiler’s hillside scenery, this 2-bedroom bungalow for up to four guests offers both relaxation and adventure. Inside, guests can enjoy a spacious living area, modern bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for self-catering, while the bunk-bed room makes it a family-friendly choice. The sunny terrace is perfect for morning coffee or a barbecue as the day winds down. Nature lovers will appreciate direct access to hiking and cycling trails within the German-Luxembourg Nature Park, while summer visitors can cool off in the village’s heated outdoor pool. With separate areas for swimmers, non-swimmers, and children, plus a generous sunbathing lawn, the pool complex offers relaxation for all ages. The border triangle location also invites easy cross-country exploration. Children are especially well catered to with an indoor playhouse, outdoor playground, and a seasonal bouncy castle. The bungalow is reserved exclusively for tourist stays, offering a peaceful base to enjoy the natural charm and hospitality of the Eifel region.

The location is superb, nestled in the Southern Eifel and surrounded by stunning hiking trails, The bungalow itself was spacious and well-equipped, making self-catering a breeze, We particularly loved the heated outdoor pool, perfect for the kids after a day of exploring, The playroom kept our little ones entertained for hours, and the swing set in the garden was a hit, Our dog felt right at home too! The hosts were friendly and welcoming, ensuring we had everything we needed, Overall, a wonderful experience that we would love to repeat!
