Swanky Downtown Loft

  • Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area)

    Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

    Feel like you've escaped to a big city with small town charm right outside your door. Original Drummond Tobacco "Horseshoe Plug" advertising mural and cozy balcony overlooking the falls in Waverly. 14' ceilings and full view window of the river view give this loft a very modern feel.

    There are two flights of stairs to access the loft.
    Please be respectful of the common space shared by the neighbor's across the hall.

    Please leave the street level door unlocked during daytime hours and lock behind you after 7pm

    Exceptions to the 4 guest limit can be possible for families, please ask for more details

    Quiet hours are to be observed from 10 pm to 7 am.
