"I stayed at this Studio 6 location for four nights. The room itself was reasonably clean when I checked in—not a perfect deep clean, but acceptable overall. Unfortunately, the service during the rest of my stay was very disappointing. Throughout the entire four nights, my room was never serviced. After the first day I assumed it had simply been missed, so I asked the front desk about housekeeping. I was told that since COVID they no longer go room to room and that service has to be requested. However, after looking into the brand’s policy later, that explanation didn’t seem accurate. I requested housekeeping for the next day, but my room was still not cleaned. I even spoke directly with a housekeeper and gave her my room number because she said it wasn’t on her list. She told me she would return to take care of it, but no one ever came back. Another issue was having to go to the front office just to exchange towels. When I brought the dirty towels in, I wasn’t given the same number of clean ones back and was not provided any toilet paper either. For a stay of four nights, basic housekeeping and supplies should not be this difficult for guests to receive. I ended up keeping the room tidy myself and taking my trash out daily. Overall, while the room was decent when I arrived, the lack of service and communication made the experience very disappointing."

"The hotel was excellent, except for the dinner option. We were ignored until the front desk person got someone to help us. Then the food took 40 minutes to come and one of the meals was unacceptable. It wouldn't have been so bad except that we were the only ones in the dining room!!"

"Overall ok, but: Slow drain in sink, slower drain in shower (showering in constant ankle-deep water) Clothes closet unusable: hanger rod was in bottom of closet less than a foot off the floor NOISY…train horn blaring all night Questionable if we stay here in the future…"
