The interior and exterior of the hotel was very nice, with friendly staff, neatly stocked items for convenience. Although, the snacks were a little pricey the selection was good. The connected restaurant did close pretty early, but the food was great and the service was very good as well. Being that you are in downtown Atlanta, there was a lot of homeless people out and around, so that is something everyone isn't used to. And they offer valet parking at $55 a day/night (you can come and go as much as you want), it's a convenience to have so you don't have to pay for parking each time you leave and reenter.

This was the most accommodating and positive experiences I have ever had while traveling! The staff was so warm, kind and helpful! I will definitely come back to Atlanta to stay here!
