"We had a great stay at the villa in Chimay. Beautiful house with everything you need. Louis and Françoise were very helpful and the communication was smooth. Would definitely recomment the location for a getaway with a group of friends or family. "

"Stayed here for just under three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Annick was a kind and courteous host who even provided a few goodies to get us started as we arrived late on a Sunday after most shops where closed. Rance itself is within walking distance but doesn't have much to offer. A car is pretty much essential to get around and explore the countryside. "Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful and are striving to get my refund. "
